1. Leadership and mentorship
1.1. Organize Leadership Training Workshops:
Target young individuals aged 18-30 and train them on effective communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and decision-making. We engage experienced mentors and professionals to facilitate these workshops.
1.2.Mentoring Programs:
We set up structured mentoring programs where experienced individuals (mentors) guide and support less experienced individuals (mentees). These programs typically involve regular meeting in a safe space, either in person or virtually. We Encourage reflective space for mentees to explore issues and gain new understanding, leading to actionable steps.
1.3.Resource Sharing:
We Share articles, books, or other resources related to professional development with mentees. We discuss these materials together to enhance learning and growth.
1.4.Role-Playing:
We Conduct role-play sessions where mentors and mentees practice difficult conversations, negotiations, or leadership scenarios. This helps build practical skills and confidence.
